Article 1 : Booking is made with the best possible consideration for the customer's wishes. No particular pitch spot can be guaranteed. You can book your stay by phone on +33(0)2 97 55 78 78 (Lac). We will then send you a quote. The option is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and the completed reservation form. No option or reservation can be taken into account without payment of a deposit. The reservation will be final after receipt of the completed reservation contract and accompanied by the payment of the deposit and cannot be taken into account without our agreement. The reservation is nominative and non-transferable. Booking and online payment are possible on our website www.lelac-carnac.com. Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation will then be sent to you by email or post. Upon your arrival at the campsite, the booking confirmation (paper or electronic) may be required by our reception teams.
Article 2 : For all rental stays (mobile home, chalet or room), the balance of the stay must be paid at least 1 month (30 days) before your arrival. In the event of a reservation less than one month before your arrival, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. In the absence of full payment 4 weeks before your arrival, Camping Le Moustoir and Camping Le Lac reserve the right to consider that the reservation has been cancelled (the sums remaining due). For pitches, a 25% deposit must be paid to confirm a quote. The balance of the stay will be paid on your departure.
Article 3 : Reservations can only be modified after the agreement of the campsite and written notification from the client within the limits of our availability. Additional persons not registered on the rental contract may not stay on the planned site without the agreement of the manager. The rental capacity must be respected regardless of the age of the participants. In the event of early departure or delayed arrival, the deposit or the balance of the stay paid will not give rise to any refund.
Article 4 : When you make your reservation, you can take out cancellation insurance. The price varies according to the length of your stay (3% of the amount of your stay) for a camping or rental stay. The general terms and conditions of sale, guarantees and limits of guarantees before the stay (cancellation) or during the stay (interruption of stay) are available on www.campez-couvert.com or on simple request by e-mail.
No insurance can be taken out after booking your stay (subscription at the time of booking).
No refund can be made by the campsite. Indeed, it is with the insurance company that you must file a claim (cancellation or interruption of your stay) within a maximum of 5 days.
Article 5 : Rental arrivals are from 3pm and departures before 10am. On site, arrivals are possible from 1pm. Your pitch must be vacated by 12 hours at the latest. Any overtime will result in additional billing. When the gates are closed, no vehicles may circulate in the establishment. Article 6 : The internal rules are posted at the entrance of the campsite. We thank you for reading it.
All customers must comply with the campsite's internal regulations. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the expulsion of the campsite without any refund of the stay.
Pets not declared at the time of your reservation will not be allowed in the rentals (3 pets maximum). Dogs and cats are accepted on condition that they are kept on a leash. In addition, you must be in possession of an up-to-date vaccination certificate. The extra charge is 1.50€ per day and per animal.
From 23:00, it is mandatory that everyone respects the right of rest of their neighbours
Traffic: Vehicle traffic is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited in the campsite between 23h30 and 7h in the morning (motorcycles do not have specific authorisations).
Visitors: Visitors will be required to go to the reception desk where they will be given a parking sticker to affix to their vehicle. They will thus have access to the outdoor parking lot located in front of the campsite. (visitors will be under the responsibility of their hosts). Access to the campsite's swimming pools and structures is strictly reserved for campsite guests. The visitor rate is 5,00€ per day.
Article 7 : Liability: It is the responsibility of the holidaymaker to insure himself, the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in the event of an incident falling within the holidaymaker's civil liability. Any omission of personal effects inside the campsite shall not engage the responsibility of the campsite.
Article 8 : Change of occupation: For any change of occupation of the site, prior authorization from the manager must be obtained and the price will be adapted to the actual situation.
Article 9: Payments: The campsite accepts the following payment methods: bank check, ANCV holiday checks, cash, CB (Visa or Mastercard), bank transfer and Camping Cheques (at certain periods). The campsite is VACAF approved.
In case of transfer, please make sure to specify your reservation number, your dates of stay and the name provided when you book.
In case of dispute, only the court of Lorient will be competent.
