The mobile homes with lake views and the best-located campsites go first. Booking 4 to 5 months in advance is the norm for July–August.
May–June and September (shoulder season): The campground is quieter. Rates are generally more affordable than during peak season. The pool, heated to 25°C, remains open, which more than makes up for the cooler days. The beaches at Carnac and Erdeven are less crowded. This is often the preferred time of year for couples and families with young children.
